How To Request a Picture Restoration Quote

This is your easy to follow guide on how to obtain a free, no obligation restoration quote. You can email  your scan or post your photo to us:

1: Remove the photo(s) from any frame they may be in. Place it between two sheets of stiff card or in a stiff card backed envelope. If you are sending more than one photo interleave them with paper sheets. (If as sometimes is the case the photo is stuck to the glass of frame do not try to remove it, place the glass with the photo between two pieces of stiff card and bubble wrap it).

2: Include a note describing what you would like done, your contact details and your deadline you would like the work completed by.

3: Send the packet using a tracked service such as Recorded or Registered Post to the following address:

    John Fowler, GenByte Digital Services,
4 The Briars, Warren Wood Drive, High Wycombe, Bucks HP11 1ED, England

We Will assess the photograph and advise you of what we can do giving you options for a cost effective restoration or discuss possible enhancements with you.

4: After our quoatation confirm that you wish to proceed.

We will then carry out your instructions and either email or post a proof to you enclosing an invoice and details on how to order extra prints.

5: When you are completely satisfied with our work then send us payment by cheque or through Paypal.

We will on receipt of payment send your completed prints and return your originals using the same tracked method that you sent them to us by.

We are here to help, so if you have any queries, would like further clarification on anything or would like to talk to a friendly knowledgable person please call us on 01494 450889 or send us an enquiry email.
